Preparation & shipping costs are free via Mondial Relay (in France, Belgium and Luxembourg) for all orders over €50!

The average delivery time for Colissimo is 3 working days.

Mondial Relay's average delivery time is 5 working days.

Chronopost's delivery time is 1 working day for any order placed before midday, 2 days for orders placed after midday or on Friday.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Damn, I got the wrong size! Damn, I don't like the color of the nightie! Ouch, I ordered a thong instead of briefs!

Phew, brigitte-bardot-lingerie.com accepts that I return my item, within 14 days after receiving my package.

Do not forget :
  • Shipping costs are your responsibility, unless this return is due to an error on our part.
  • To be returned for an exchange or refund, each item must be labeled and in its original packaging; it must under no circumstances have been worn and/or washed.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To return a product, we invite you to refer to the instructions on the RETURN FORM which is in your package.

All you then need to do is return the product(s) to us by POST to the following address, attaching the completed RETURN VOUCHER:

=> You have 14 days from receipt of your package to return an item that does not suit you.
=> Returns to relay points (Mondial Relay, Relais Colis, etc.) are not accepted. If you drop off your package at a relay point it will not reach us and we will not be able to exchange it or refund it.
=> To be returned for exchange or refund, each item must be labeled and must not have been worn and/or washed in any way.
=> Return costs are your responsibility, unless this return is due to an error on our part.

If this is an error on our part, please contact us by email or telephone before making your return.

Upon receipt of your return:

  • if you wanted an exchange, brigitte-bardot-lingerie.com will re-ship the new item to you.
  • if you prefer a refund, brigitte-bardot-lingerie.com undertakes to reimburse you within 10 days maximum for the returned items (as well as the initial shipping costs if the entire order is returned).

ATTENTION : Any return that does not follow this procedure will see its processing time and reimbursement or exchange considerably lengthened.


WHY ARE THE RETURN COSTS PAID TO ME?

There are two types of cases:

  • This is a delivery error or a quality issue with a product: brigitte-bardot-lingerie.com is responsible for everything!
  • This is an exchange for reasons of personal convenience (size problem, I don't like the color, etc.): the return is at my expense.

Today, we have chosen to offer our products at the fairest price for each customer and this is why return costs are not included.

Returns generate significant costs, imposed by the carriers.
If we had to offer return costs we would unfortunately have to significantly increase our selling prices for everyone, which would be a shame because, fortunately, few people return products.
